SUPERPRO RETURNS TO SPARTAN SPEEDWAY ON JULY 10
The SUPERPRO Series for late model stock cars will return to the Spartan Speedway in Mason, Michigan on Friday, July 10 for the running of the Teamtech Motorsports 75 presented by Lipari Foods.
Defending SUPEPRO champion Tommy Cook will compete against current point leader Tom Smith, former series champ Jack Landis, Mike Kugler, Rick Everidge, Kevin Todd, Steven Brooks, Derek Bischak, Jason Dietsch, Mark Hankowsky, Andy Marchiniak and former NASCAR driver Rich Bickle. The Michigan drivers will be led by Kyle Hayden, Terry Bogusz, 2008 Rookie of the Year Matt Hall, Ryan Inman, Danny Leeck, Brian Bauman, Zion Schaub and Paul Freeland. In addition, 2005 SUPERPRO champion and local favorite Rob Buckley will be making his 2009 series debut and some lucky girl or boy will walk away with a brand new bike compliments of Randercar Racing Enterprises and the SUPERPRO Series.
The Valvoline Instant Oil Change Modifieds, Performance Automotive Northwest Sportsmen, Boss Snow Plows - Mid-Michigan Snow Equipment Pony Stocks and Pure Stocks will round out the racing program. Pit gates open at 2 pm, hot laps at 3:30 pm, spectator gates and qualifying at 5 pm and racing begins at 7:30 pm sharp. Spartan Speedway is located 1 mile north of Mason or 10 miles south of Lansing on the corner of Cedar St and College Rd.
